At different times your child may experience a range of complex emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, frustration, confusion, sadness or other responses to our changing world and environment. We encourage all students and families to keep engaged with activities that support your wellbeing.
We will work with parents and guardians, service providers and allied support staff to develop strategies and access key learning support programs for those students needing to develop particular skills to support their well-being.
If you have concerns about your child’s progress or welfare, your child’s Year Co-ordinator will discuss with you or guide you to the most appropriate staff member to assist.

Keeping Mentally Healthy – There are a number of ways you can look after your mental health and wellbeing every day. The things we do to keep ourselves physically healthy are also great for our mental health and well-being, like eating a balanced healthy diet, staying physically active, and getting a good night’s sleep.
Please note that if you have concerns or require support outside of these hours or during the school holidays, we encourage you to access external services and helplines.
